Our prices include all the charges related to your stay: rental, cleaning costs, tourist taxes, electricity, water, etc.

For long-term stays, a contribution to the charges (electricity, heating, etc.) will be requested.

Before launching our property management and concierge business, our career began in architecture, renovating, and restructuring buildings and apartments. Passionate about transforming living spaces, we learned to unlock the potential of each space, combining functionality, aesthetics, and comfort. This experience has forged our attention to detail and our commitment to quality—two pillars of our approach to hospitality.
Along the way, we've traveled the world—from the vibrant streets of São Paulo to the sun-drenched beaches of Rio, via Rome, the wild coves of Sardinia, the cosmopolitan energy of Barcelona and Madrid, to the island charm of Mykonos. Not to mention the peaceful shores of Portugal, the elegance of Paris, and the excitement of New York.
It was in the United States that our vision was strengthened, particularly during our studies at UCLA, Los Angeles, where we deepened our understanding of design, innovation in service, and the new expectations of modern travelers.
We observed what truly matters to today's travelers: seamless arrivals, comfortable and well-appointed interiors, genuine local knowledge, flexibility, reliability, and a personal touch. These elements became the foundation of our vision.
Our hospitality journey truly began in Geneva, in a building just steps from the United Nations headquarters.
