**HOUSE RULES FOR SHORT-TERM RENTAL** Compliance with the House Rules of the Short-Term Rental Property is mandatory under the Short-Term Rental Agreement. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including deductions from the security deposit. --- ### **1. GENERAL CONDITIONS** a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with these House Rules and any other instructions provided by the Property Manager, Mr. Maxime, Forshent Real Estate SAS (FRANCE), during their stay. b) Guests must promptly notify the Property Manager of any incident or neighborhood complaint. --- ### **2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD** a) This Short-Term Rental is **not suitable for children under 7 years old**. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their children at all times, as well as any disturbances caused to the neighborhood. b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors, especially during nighttime hours (e.g., from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), including during check-in and check-out. c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in immediate termination of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, eviction, forfeiture of fees paid, and deductions from the security deposit. d) Guests and their Visitors must avoid any antisocial behavior and are expected to minimize their impact on neighbors and the residential environment. --- ### **3. VISITORS** a) Guests may invite a **maximum of two Visitors** at any given time during the stay. b) Guests must ensure that the maximum occupancy is not exceeded and that Visitors comply with the House Rules. c) Guests wishing to have Visitors stay overnight must notify the Property Manager at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply as specified in the listing. --- ### **4. PARTIES AND EVENTS** a) Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited at the Short-Term Rental. b) Small gatherings must comply with all other rules, particularly regarding noise, neighborhood disturbance, and the maximum number of permitted Visitors. --- ### **5. PARKING** a) Guests and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles. b) Parking at the property is allowed as follows:. --- ### **6. WASTE AND RECYCLING** a) Guests and Visitors must dispose of garbage and recyclables in the designated bins according to the property’s waste management instructions (outlined below). Trash must not be left in public areas or common spaces. b) Garbage and recycling must be sorted and disposed of as follows: \[Insert disposal instructions here]. --- ### **7. SECURITY** a) Whenever leaving the property, Guests must ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked to maintain security and prevent rain damage. b) Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices such as TVs when not in use. **It is strictly forbidden to leave the air conditioning running while away from the property.** --- ### **8. JACUZZI / POOL (IF APPLICABLE)** a) The jacuzzi/pool may only be used between **10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.** b) For safety reasons, **glass containers are not allowed** in or around the pool. Violation of this rule will result in a fine deducted from the security deposit. --- ### **9. BALCONY / TERRACE (IF APPLICABLE)** a) Babies and children must be supervised at all times while on the balcony or terrace. b) The following rules apply to use of the balcony/terrace: \[Insert specific rules if applicable]. --- ### **10. SMOKING** a) Smoking is **not permitted** inside the Short-Term Rental. b) Guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly (e.g., in ashtrays provided) and **must not throw them on the property grounds**.
