By booking a stay, the guest (the “Guest”) fully accepts these Terms without reservation. --- ### 1. **Purpose of the Agreement** The rental is granted for **temporary, short-term residential use only**. It is strictly forbidden to use the property as a primary or secondary residence, to carry out any professional activity, or to sublet the premises. --- ### 2. **Rental Period** The rental period is specified in the booking confirmation. No automatic renewal is allowed. Late check-out may result in additional charges. --- ### 3. **Occupancy Limit** The rental is for a maximum of \[X] guests. Any unauthorized occupancy will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. --- ### 4. **Rates and Payment** The price includes utilities (water, electricity, internet). Payments are processed by Airbnb under its own terms. In exceptional circumstances (natural disaster, pandemic, travel bans, etc.), Airbnb’s force majeure policy applies. --- ### 7. **Use of the Premises** The Guest agrees to: * Respect the peaceful enjoyment of the property and neighbors. * Not organize parties, events, or commercial activities. * Keep the property clean and in good condition. * Follow any specific rules posted in the property. Failure to comply may result in **immediate termination of the stay without refund**. --- ### 8. **Check-in / Check-out Inspection** An inventory or inspection may be carried out at check-in and check-out. If not, the property is deemed to match the Airbnb description. Any damage or issue must be reported immediately. --- ### 9. **Insurance** Guests are **required to have liability insurance** covering damage caused during their stay. Airbnb offers some protection, but the Guest is responsible for verifying its coverage. --- ### 10. **Host Liability** The Host cannot be held responsible for: * Theft or damage to Guest’s personal belongings. * Disruptions due to force majeure or third parties (power outages, noise, etc.). * Improper use of equipment by the Guest. --- ### 11. **Personal Data** Guest data is processed in accordance with Airbnb’s privacy policy. The Host does not store or use personal data outside this framework. --- ### 12. **Governing Law and Disputes** These Terms are governed by **French law**.
